SHIPPING

We ship all over the world from our gallery, located in Killarney, Ireland.

Orders are usually shipped within 14 - 21 business days and are sent via Post or courier depending on order size. Whilst we make every effort to make sure your order is delivered for a specific time, we cannot be responsible for any postal service or courier delays. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. We print the address directly from the details provided so please ensure these are correct upon checkout.  Any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. In the case you would like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a shipping fee will be charged.

RETURNS

We happily accept returns and exchanges

Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

We don't accept cancellation.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

We strongly advise all customers to ensure they label their parcels with 'return to sender' address details in case of any further government restrictions for delivery carriers.

For an exchange item's must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
